Malvasia is the daughter of the Mediterranean and finding this twenty year old vineyard of the slopes of Sa Cova was like finding lost treasure.
Our white wine is limited Island magic. Bright and tactile with a nice mineral and phenolic bite. The grapes of our OJO DE IBIZA Blanco come from our terraces from Sant Mateu dAlbarca.
A flavourful, medium to full bodied white with lovely, textured acidity that lifts the freshness.
